Shipping Policy
At Eraaya by Ratika J, every piece is crafted with intention — and delivered with care.
Below you’ll find our domestic terms designed for a seamless experience.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Orders are typically dispatched within 7-10 business days.
Once orders are shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number.
Note: Express shipping is not applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept both online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Are the prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes, all prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes in accordance with current government regulations.
Can I modify the shipping address?
Shipping addresses can be updated only before the product is packed. Once packed, no changes can be made.
What are the shipping charges?
Prepaid Orders: Free standard shipping.
COD Orders: Standard shipping charge.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns are accepted (under certain conditions as per our return policy). Refunds, if returns are approved, will be issued as Store Credit to your Eraaya account that you can use it in your next purchase with us. We also offer Size Exchanges to ensure you find your perfect fit.

RETURN POLICY
Are the products returnable?
Yes, all products are returnable within India, subject to the terms mentioned below.
RETURN Terms & Conditions:
Returns are accepted in the form of store credit only, which will be added to your Eraaya wallet, valid for 12 months.
We do offer an exchange option in case of incorrect sizing, fit or any other problems requests must be raised via email or on WhatsApp as mentioned in our policy.
Garments must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items that have been customized or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once a product has been delivered and worn, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. The customers own the responsibility of the product once delivered and worn.
Once the Eraaya pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).
The brand holds the right to decline return or exchange requests that do not comply with our terms.
The customer can ship the product(s) back to us or ask for reverse pick up. you may write to us at orders@eraayabyratikaj.com within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange.
Once acknowledged by the Eraaya team during the next working day, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up.
In case of shipping the product back to us yourself, please do not forget to take an acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Eraaya will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.
DAMAGED GOODS
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Each product is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
On what grounds can I return a damaged product?
Returns are not accepted on the basis of colour variations. However, products with physical damage (e.g., torn fabric) are eligible for return if it is arrived to you in that condition. Please note, once a product has been delivered and worn by the customer, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Can I cancel my order?
Custom made orders are not eligible for cancellation. Please call us on 8188931899 Or write to us at orders@eraayabyratikaj.com within 24 hours to cancel your order. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Eraaya and accept The Eraaya’s decision regarding the cancellation.
What happens if I cancel frequently?
Repeated cancellations may result in your account being blacklisted from future purchases.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Is size exchange available?
Yes, size exchanges are accepted.
How can I request a size exchange?
Contact us via email or WhatsApp us with your size requirement and order details. Once approved, you may send the product to the address below.

Who bears the shipping cost for exchanges?
The customer is responsible for the courier charges incurred when sending the product back to us.
What is the time window to request an exchange?
You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
How is the exchange processed?
Once we receive the product:
The product is kept aside for 24 hours before inspection.
After a quality check, the exchange process begins.
A new product is dispatched to your address.
Can I exchange a product more than once?
No, each product is eligible for only one exchange.
REFUND POLICY
Are refunds available?
Refunds are not processed via bank transfer (COD or prepaid).
Refunds, if any, are issued as store credit to your Eraaya wallet and can be used for future purchases valid for 12 months.
Is refund possible due to fabric or colour?
No, refunds will not be processed for differences in fabric feel or colour perception.
How to initiate a return for refund (wallet credit)?
Contact us via email or WhatsApp us within 2 days of delivery.
Share images of the products purchased (with tags intact) and reason for return on our WhatsApp number.

When will I receive the refund (store credit)?
Once the returned product passes our quality check, store credit will be added to your account within 7 working days.
