Terms of Offer:
- This Website offers for sale certain products (the “Products”). By placing an order for Products through this Website, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
- The policies and guidelines referenced below reserve the right to change or revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by posting any changes or a revised Agreement on this Website.
- The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
- All prices and offers are subject to change.
- We have aimed to ensure that the colours of our products appearing on our website are as near as possible to the colour of the product. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your computer equipment, and accordingly, we are unable to guarantee the precise colour of the product on delivery.
- We will not be responsible for lost packages if the customer has provided us with the wrong shipping address. For such cases, we will not be able to offer reimbursements.
- Customers will be notified by email once the order is placed. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number which can be used to track your order on the shipping agent’s site. order cancellations are only accepted if the request is made within 12 hours of order being placed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- We request you to order well in advance in case of special events.
- We may ship orders early subject to availability.
- Shipping charges will be calculated at the end of the order if any.
- There is no shipping charge on orders above 3000.
- Once orders are shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number.
- The estimated time of delivery is 7- 10 working days from the date when the order is ready.
PRIVACY POLICY
- Any personal identification information, including all credit/debit card details will NOT be stored, shared sold, rented or leased to any third party.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE AND REFUND
- We offer an exchange policy within 7 days of the date of delivery.
- As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold.
- Once the Eraaya pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).
- Customer will be issued a credit note, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock.
- The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
- The customer can ship the product(s) back to us or ask for reverse pick up. you may write to us at orders@eraayabyratikaj.com within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange.
- Once acknowledged by the Eraaya team during the next working day, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up.
- In case of shipping the product back to us yourself, please do not forget to take an acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Eraaya will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
- Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

- You can exchange or receive a credit note for any goods within 7 days of receipt or exchange it for a different size or colour (if any).
- Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
- Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro).
- Store credit equalling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of store credit.
- No return or exchange is possible on custom- made orders.
- We will not accept any exchange, returns or cancellations on orders purchased during the sale period.
- Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.
- Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have make-up stains or garments that smell of perfume.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. The amount for items once bought will not be refunded.
- You can either exchange the product for a different size or we will give you a credit note which can be used to buy another product.

Can I cancel my order?
Custom made orders are not eligible for cancellation. Please call us on 8188931899 Or write to us at orders@eraayabyratikaj.com within 24 hours to cancel your order. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Eraaya and accept The Eraayas decision regarding the cancellation.
How will I receive the credit for my money when desired size of the exchange product is not available?
The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in next 30 days on the Eraaya website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.
Can I exchange a part of my order?
Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.
My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to get credit note to buy something else.
Why is my exchange not accepted?
We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
- Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes.There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look.
- The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
- 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
- Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
